*Tours are not available; when not rented to a nurse these are on Airbnb and booked almost nightly making it impossible to tour to each individual person. You are more then welcome to drive by.*

Super cute remodeled studio apartment on 2nd floor  just a few blocks from OU Med, VA and Childrens hospital!  This apartment was remodeled a few years ago to include new flooring, paint, fixtures, granite, cabinets, tile, crown molding, windows and much more!  Free wifi, kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils.  We are pet friendly however there is not back yard; we have a front yard but it is not fenced.  Parking is behind the building. Washer and dryer located in basement free for tenants to use.  Great BBQ and pizza place just across the street.  This community is labeled the "Medical District" and has many nursing students that walk to classes.  It is one mile from the capitol and surrounded by large estate homes.

*IMPORTANT* We cannot 'hold' a property until a lease has been signed and the $250 deposit paid.  We are first come first serve. In the event your nursing contract gets cancelled there are no penalties, but there are no refunds either.

Our process:

Application sent via email; this is so we can get your contact info, travel dates, pet info, emergency contact etc. $25 application fee to check backgrounds - no Ted Bundys here!

Lease will be sent for esigning; even though these are short term rentals we still follow all local landlord/housing laws.  In the event your work contract is cancelled you are not obligated to pay the entire lease as we know contracts sometimes bust.  This is covered in the lease.

Once signed it will activate your tenant portal and from there you can pay rents, make work orders etc.

Self check in process: day of move in we will send you all lockbox/wifi info etc.
