BRAND NEW urban apartment just blocks away from the Plaza Arts District! This apartment was stylishly designed to include concrete floors, high ceilings, open living space and much more! Kitchen fully stocked with dishware, cooking utensils, cleaning products and great sized bathroom with floor the ceiling tile.  Queen size bed, smart TV and free wifi.  All bills paid. We have a separate common laundry area for tenants to use and a fun FRIENDS themed coffee shop. Fenced in back yard to walk the fur babies around. Please note that this building sits on the corner of NW 12th and Barnes and there is foot traffic from time to time.  Plaza Arts District is just a few blocks away and you are only several miles from major hospitals. When not rented to nurses we are on AIRBNB so if you are interested please don't wait too long to book!

Our process:

Application sent via email; this is so we can get your contact info, travel dates, pet info, emergency contact etc. $25 application fee to check backgrounds - no Ted Bundys here!

Lease will be sent for esigning; even though these are short term rentals we still follow all local landlord/housing laws.  In the event your work contract is cancelled you are not obligated to pay the entire lease as we know contracts sometimes bust.  This is covered in the lease.

Once signed it will activate your tenant portal and from there you can pay rents, make work orders etc.

Self check in process: day of move in we will send you all lockbox/wifi info etc.
